Agnes Sims

Agnes Sims (nee Leaks), age 79 of Cleveland, OH.  Beloved wife of the late Fred D. Sims; loving mother of Darryl Sims (Janice), Michelle Black (David) and Brian L. Sims; dear step-mother of Fred Sims, III (Andrea) and Pamela Templeman; grandmother of 6; great-grandmother of 5; dear sister of Leroy Leaks (Michelle) and the late George, Jr., Patrick and Bruce Leaks.  A Celebration of Agnes' life will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, December 1 at Brown-Forward Funeral Home, 17022 Chagrin Blvd., Shaker Hts., OH 44120.  Interment, Cleveland Memorial Gardens.
