William Fife Black

William F. Black of Cleveland Heights, Ohio passed away on June 13, 2024. Bill was born on July 15, 1929 in Morgantown, West Virginia to William T. Black and Frances Fife Black. Bill attended public schools in Morgantown and graduated from West Virginia University in 1952. Bill was employed by the Euclid Road Machinery (later Euclid Inc.) for thirty one years in various manufacturing management positions. While at Euclid, Bill made many significant contributions to the Welding, Value Engineering and Quality Control Programs. Bill was a life member of The American Welding Society and served on the Board of Directors of the Cleveland, Ohio Section. 

Bill was the loving husband of the late Martha B. Black. Dear father of Stephen, the late James F. and David and great grandfather of Noah. FRIENDS MAY CALL ON MONDAY, JUNE 24 FROM 4 TO 6 PM AT BROWN-FORWARD, 17022 CHAGRIN BLVD., SHAKER HTS., OH 44120. Private family interment, Lake View Cemetery.
