Beloved husband of Jo Ann Neff (nee Leonard); loving father of Mark E. Neff (Elizabeth) of Alma, MI, Dean L. Neff (Caryle) South Bend, IN, Ken J. Neff of Washington Twnshp, OH and Jane A. Pernicone (Stephan) of Mayfield Hts., OH; dear grandfather of Stevan (Miranda), Kelley (Travis), Kathryn, James, Claire (Benjamin) and David; great grandfather of Nora, Owen and Willow. 

The family prefers that those who wish may make contributions in his name to Chagrin Valley Little Theatre, (www.cvlt.org), or to First Baptist Church of Greater Cleveland, (www.firstbaptistcleveland.org), 3630 Fairmount Blvd, Shaker Hts., OH 44118, where a Memorial Service will be held at a date and time to be determined.
