Bob dedicated many years of his life to serving as a bus driver with the Orange City School District. His outgoing and fun demeanor made him a favorite among students and peers alike, creating a warm and inviting environment for everyone he encountered. His commitment to his work and the community was evident throughout his career.

Rated an expert marksman with the M16, Robert served in the Army during the Vietnam War, and was stationed in Germany as an equipment specialist.  His time serving further shaped his character and perspective on life, instilling in him a sense of duty and camaraderie that he carried with him always.
