Pearl Harrison

On Wednesday the ninth of January, 2019, Pearl Harrison’s soul peacefully returned to her Lord. She was aged 92 years and 11 months. Pearl lived a long life filled with love, compassion, kindness, strength, and dedication to her Lord and her family.

She was the beloved sister of Mattie Lou, loving mother of eight children: Albert Jr, Anita (deceased), Arlene, Francis (deceased), Tommy, Sandra, Patricia, and Henry; and grandmother and great-grandmother to many more. She was a true matriarch, loved by all whose lives she touched.

Her life was well-lived, and while her loved ones are greatly saddened by her passing, we rejoice in knowing that she is finally resting peacefully, her soul happy in the presence of her Lord. Pearl is survived by her sister, six children, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

When it comes to death, we know laughter and tears are pretty much the same thing. And so, laughing and crying, we say goodbye to our Pearl. Goodnight, love.

A Funeral Service will be held at Christ Episcopal Church, 3445 Warrensville Center Road, Shaker Heights, Ohio, 44122, on Thursday, January 17 at 11:00 AM.
