Mark D. Klimek passed suddenly on Sunday, April 9, 2017.
Mark was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 8th, 1963 to William and Jacquelyn Klimek. Mark is survived by his loving wife Amy, his son Davis and daughter Addie. He also leaves behind his mother Jacquelyn and sister Jill (Snyder) Klimek. Mark is preceded in death by his father, William.
Mark graduated from Miami of Ohio in 1986 and from the Ohio State University College of Law in 1993. He spent the last 24 years at McDonald Hopkins Law Firm in Cleveland where he chaired the firm's Tax Practice Group.
Mark loved spending time with his family outdoors and cheering on his beloved Cleveland Indians and Cavaliers.
A celebration of Mark Klimek's life will occur on April 23rd at 11 AM in the Terrace Club Lounge, located on the 4th floor of Progressive Field. Parking is available in the Gateway Garage. A brief reception will immediately follow in the Terrace Club.
