L. Duncan

May 19, 1940 — November 14, 2016

Fuller was born May 19, 1940 in Cleveland and passed away November 14, 2016 in Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies where he has owned and operated Jamaica Pre-Mix, Ltd., since 1969. He is survived by his wife, Gayle Schiring Duncan and daughters Heather and Kelly and granddaughter, McKinley.

State-side, Fuller resided in Coral Gables, Florida. He had two "loves of his life": his family and his boat, "Relentless Too". He was an avid fisherman and spent many treasured hours on the boat. He graduated from University School, Babson College and received his MBA from Case Western Reserve. He was a broker at Roulston & Company in Cleveland before making the difficult decision to move his family to Jamaica to run the family business. One of his greatest satisfactions in life has been to guide the company to the success it enjoys today. Pre-Mix is the largest concrete/aggregate company on the island.

The family prefers that those who wish may make contributions in his name to University School, 2785 SOM Center Rd., Hunting Valley, OH 44022. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 30 at 2 PM at the Wade Chapel in Lake View Cemetery, 12316 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, OH 44106 with a reception to follow at The Country Club, 2825 Lander Rd., Pepper Pike, OH 44124.
