Katharine Warne, PhD (nee Mulky). Beloved wife of the late Clinton L. Warne. Dear mother of Kate Warne (Robert Riggs) of St. Louis, MO, Clinton Warne (Kim) of Eugene, OR and Carolyn Warne (Richie Ross) of Petersfield, England. Dear grandmother of Colston, Elisabeth and James Warne; and Nicholas Ross.
Kathie was a musician and composer, and her 2015 music compositions were performed earlier this month. She studied with Darius Milhaud and founded the Darius Milhaud Society to promote the performance of his music worldwide.
The family prefers that those who wish make contributions in her name to the Cleveland Institute of Music, 11021 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106. A Memorial Service will be held at Heights Christian Church, 17300 Van Aken Blvd., Shaker Hts., OH 44120 on Saturday, May 30th at 2 PM.
