June 4, 1932 — December 29, 2009

Jane D. Watson nee Wyckoff. Beloved wife of James W.G. Watson of Shaker Heights, OH. whom she was married to for 56 years. Dear mother of Jennifer L. Watson, James W. Watson Laurie, Jone L. Guerin Matthew and William L. Watson Andrea Bonny. Dear grandmother of Janet and Stuart Watson; Samuel Guerin; and Ian, Reid and Keita Watson. Survived by seven nieces and nephews. Jane was born June 4, 1932 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late LaVonne and Winston L. Wyckoff, Sr. She is the sister of the late Winston L. Wyckoff, Jr. She is also the sister-in-law of Adelaide W. Revnyak Louis. Jane graduated from Wooster High School in 1950 and from The College of Wooster in 1954. She taught swimming at Red Raider Camp in the 1950's. Jane was a buyer for Sterling Linder Dept. Store in Cleveland and a buyer for Pogue's in Cincinnati. She was also a tax advisor with H & R Block, Friedman & Levitt, an Office Manager for GemLand Company. She volunteered at the Cache at the Church of the Covenant, and was a member of the Church of the Covenant for 36 years. Her interests and hobbies included: gardening, reading, and traveling. As a family they went on numerous trips throughout the U.S. and Canada. Her most recent travels were to Africa, Europe, Australia, Russia and China with her husband, Jim, and her sister-in-law and her husband. Jane also enjoyed very much getting together with her family. She was very involved in the lives of her children and grandchildren. Going to the theater was one of her favorite things to do. The family prefers that those who wish may make contributions in her name to Alzheimer's Association, PO Box 74924, Cleveland, Ohio 44194.
