David E. Rainer

David E. Rainer, age 94 of Shaker Hts., OH.  He was a proud, professional engineer (P.E.), employed by TRW for over 35 years.  He graduated from high school as the class valedictorian and from Case Institute of Technology with a Master's Degree in Engineering Administration, top of his branch Tau Beta Pi.  David was a veracious reader for his entire life.  He also enjoyed tinkering with model trains and gardening.  

David leaves behind his loving wife, Audrey Rainer (nee Mroczek).  He is also survived by his daughter, Jenifer Bauman (Matthew) of Pepper Pike, OH, and his grandchildren, Rachel and David Bauman.  

The family prefers that those who wish may make contributions to Church of the Gesu, 2470 Miramar Rd, University Hts., OH 44118, where a Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 30^th at 1pm.   Interment, Lake View Cemetery.
