Anne Meyer

Anne T. Meyer passed away peacefully on August 12, 2018. Born on October 3, 1926, she was the daughter of Frances and V.C. Taylor. A graduate of Laurel School and Barnard College, she was an emerita trustee of Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital and served in leadership capacities for the Garden Club of Cleveland and Roxboro Elementary School PTA, among others. Along with her love of family and friends, she was engaged in numerous civic activities and was an avid gardener, reader, tennis player and golfer.

She was the beloved wife of the late Henry L. Meyer, and the mother of Frannie Donahue (Jim) of Chardon, Henry Meyer (Jane) of Hunting Valley, Cory Meyer (Debby) of Bonita Springs, FL, and Anne Lynch (Bob) of Chino Valley, AZ. She adored and cherished her nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She also leaves a sister, Peggy Jones (Roger, deceased) of Nassau, Bahamas and a brother, Alex Taylor (Alice) of Chagrin Falls.

Contributions in her memory can be made to Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital, 11100 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44106. A Memorial Service, with reception to follow, will be held on Friday, August 17th at 4 PM in St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 2747 Fairmount Boulevard, Cleveland Heights, OH 44106. Interment will be at Lake View Cemetery.
